My experience was poor. At first I called and whoever I spoke with on the phone was was Very rude and unprofessional and then later when I went in for my appointment I felt like I was the least of their priorities ! Definitely will not be back and would not recommend.

My Molly is suffering immensely with dermatitis and when we called for a refill on her meds, I drove from Huntsville to pick up her med, and they said the UPS truck hasn't came yet. So I drove all that way for nothing. We called the next day, and it still wasn't there. Then they told us to wait 2 weeks to see how she does without the meds. SHE IS MISERABLE!!!! Constant scratching, itching and biting! I would not recommend this vet at all!!! Oh, and the secretary up at the front is not professional!

Yes. Dr. Jones will see them, as far as I know they do dental care. He's really good at what he does. I think the only thing they ask is if they have something that might easily spread that you call first so they can be ready for you and use a different entrance.
