Have tried calling several times over the past few weeks and it says their voicemail box is full and then it hangs up on me. What the heck??

Been requesting maintenance for more than 6 months. Still no response. The manager has no interest in working here. She acts like she's doing us a favor by working here.

I’ve been trying to call for 3 weeks now. Online says they are open 9-2 M-F so I was calling during those hours. I finally decided to call the management company and they told me she only works Mondays and Wednesday 8 or 9-5.. I tried calling at least 5 times both of those days and sent an email. Still no luck in having anyone answer or reach back out. Update: I started writing down every time I called back on 5/26 just because it was getting ridiculous with no one answering. It is now 8/1 and I have called over 40 times, emailed, texted, and called the management company and they supposedly sent a message to the office for me. I have not received a call back, text back, or a response of any kind. The manager of this place is a joke. Olympia management doesn't seem to care either.

I have called multiple times a day for over a month straight and have not had a single call answered. This is by far the most busiest place in the world or the most unprofessional.
