I have been to the Monroe Dunkin the last 12 times. And they are always out of a lot of donuts. I am tired of driving there and a waste of my time. If you don’t go there by 9:00 am to buy . You will come back empty or buy the ones you don’t like. I can’t believe a donut shop to only make donuts once a day. They will be out of business soon! For sure if they ever get a Krispy Kreme in Monroe!

9/29/2022 the restaurant is poorly owned dirty and run down. There is always a longer wait. The crew is always overwhelmed and their talent is not recognized because there are several leaders I saw on this afternoon shift there. Kati and her crew were great. She had a professional caring attitude. She made sure that the crew followed my dietary restrictions with charisma despite the ongoing Rush that probably have been going on for hours. I saw a her leadership very present when she kept the lines going both at the drive-thru and Carry out with a great attitude. She wasn't the only one: I saw several young ladies give great effort towards customer satisfaction with a smiling face and upbeat energy. I appreciate kati's desire to get my order correct and her concern when she thought it was wrong despite the rush that occurred. Kati needs a promotion and a fat raise and all of those young ladies on that crew and the men in the back kitchen need to be promoted and supported that franchise and Dunkin' donuts corporate. At least a letter of recommendation. Please keep up the good work Katie and crew. You lost professionalism was very nice.
