The service is good, sometimes is not fast but that depends on how many orders they have, of course. But overall it’s good, I like the option they offer on salads. The shakes are good too :3 The Seasonal feature changes every month(?) I’m not sure. It’s a good idea, but too bad it’s only temporary. Anyway, it’s good.

For a chain at this location the food was prepared well. The burgers were well seasoned and served hot. However the fries were slightly soggy and the onion rings were just okay. We were surprised how much we enjoyed the fried green beans. They definitely crunchy and a step above the standard fast food fare. The staff was great. When we forgot our buzzer the skinny cashier, with a few tattoos on her right arm and more lipstick than necessary, went out of her way to make sure we got our food on time. Due to the location of this franchise there were a few housing challenged individuals using a booth or two but they didn't effect our experience.

Ordered a Santa Barbara Cob salad from the call center. I asked for no icebergs lettuce just romaine. It was all icebergs lettuce. Ugh Tastless cheap salad. Very little to nothing tomatoes, chicken, cheese, egg, bacon .. Im so disappointed. Not going back. I couldn't do less than one star. Sincerely disappointed

My experience has been off and on with this location. I love it because, while it is a chain restaurant, it's also located in my community, therefore, I can provide support by consuming their food. However, many times they don't get the order correctly, this is a bit annoying when eating in, but not as much, as it can be corrected right there and then - you just have to wait additional time for the food to be prepared! It is a different story, though, when it's take out and you're getting ready to enjoy your meal and you're not near the restaurant anymore. Yesterday, I ordered a salad, dressing on the side - for a reason! the lettuce gets soggy. The dressing was not on the side...what a waste. There is no phone number to call the store The order center is no help The order center said, I have to go back to the store, who has time and with today's gas prices!!! Anyway, I really hope this place is able to implement a quality check process to avoid these mistakes. Thanks ...a disappointed customer.
