Im trying to find out how I can report the nurse staff here these women are mental and try and make you feel crazy. They are falsely and criminally misdiagnosing folks without consulting with your primary care dr. I was told I had kidney failure I knew it was a lie. They had went n got my family history and said it was me. Went as far as to saying I had heart problems In the end it was all thrown right back in their face it was proven I had none of that and it was also proven that they discussed my medical history which is a violation of my privacy. Twanna Williams is the nurse mainly and her boss Tonya they are sociopath's in the medical field your life is in danger the little money aint worth your sanity far as Im concerned they all should be brought before the board and fired its disgusting what they are doing

PBS stated my protein levels were too low to donate and deferred me for a year. Strange enough my doctor and Lifeline Blood states my protein levels were satisfactory. Does PBS know what what they are doing? I think not!

Have Pbsi send u a postcard. That's what I did.
125 first 4 visits
Yes but they will close at 3
I don't think u can it's always good to ask them tho
I know , I understand it can be kind of aggravating now , but you just have to keep trying it really has made it a much less wait time for donating. Once you get your appointment and when you go in for your first appointment you can make your next one before you leave each time
Staffing is kind of hit or miss up front. I was in there Tuesday and the person at the desk was running double duty with processing people. Today they had enough people to do both.
It shows on site they not busy now
Seen tattoo on finger
If you have a high bp or pulse they will let you sit for 15 minutes to see if it goes down. If it doesn't you must wait until the next day. Also, certain meds prevent your from donating such as cholesterol meds. Of course stds are an automatic no...other than that a recent surgery, heart n kidney problems
Yes the phone line is down but they be still be opening
Its safe very safe the pay is based on your weight.
You can take almost all the most common medications. There are however some medications that are not allowed but only our medical staff truly knows all the meds that are not allowed. Just go up there and the nurses will be happy to talk it over with you.
Hello Diane, my name is Holly Miller and I am a Quality Assurance Coordinator at PBS in Jackson. Yes you can still donate with an out of state ID as long as it is not expired. Make sure that before you come in you have ID SSN Proof of address that must be current within the recent 30 days and if you are taking medications be sure to either bring them in or make sure you know their names and uses. Thank you, have a great day
M-TH 7am to 6pm Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 4pm
Yeah if your blood pressure isn't high
$50 for the first 5 visits. Twice weekly. Drink LOTS of water before you visit. Stay away from greasy foods and no pasta or any kind of milk or milk by-products you'll run twice as fast trust me, I've been doing it for 3 years. If you will, please tell them that Donna McCord referred you, please and thank you

They are short of help
They are currently operating at the regular schedule.
They do actually answer their phone, but they are severely understaffed right now. The upper cut off is 65.
That entirely depends on how much you donate
Yes, I had to have mail that had my current address as proof of residency.
I wish I could be more help. But I have no clue
I believe so
Yes, they will be open today from 7am to 7pm.
As long as the address it's within this plasma centers service area (Jackson, Henderson, Selmer, Middleton, etc) you should be fine. Make sure you take a piece of mail with your address (has to be within the last 30 days)
Look up plasma in Jackson Tenn and go to there website that number works
U will have to read back of card u can call or they can send a message to ur phone the balance
You can walk in
What he said^ 4 or 5 max
Not sure on that. You can call them.
First visit current mail. Social security card picture id
The more you weigh the amount you get paid will go up a bit. It does cap off at 175. 175 and up gets the same rate of pay because they can only take a maximum of 880 MLS of plasma from one person
They will not let you donate ..but you can go to the S.S office and apply for one and they will give u a printout..and they will accept that
Yes it close on holiday and Sunday on regular days Monday threw Saturday it be open from 7 a. m. To 6 p. m.
We are closed today
2-4 hours. Depending on how busy they are.
Yes you will need a physical and you can get another donor payment card
It varys. It is based on how much I weigh.
No to lupus..sorry
No...that is one thing that Negates you. Sorry.
Yes but will close at 3pm
No you do not but you must bring in a piece of mail dated in the last 30 days with your name and address on it and have your social security card!
Not before u donate...but they test it before they use it...and if it comes back positive...the donor will be notified
Just a quick update, be sure and have your social security card your driver's license and the address that's on your driver's license has to match your mail.
Good question. The first time you go, you will get a FREE physical. They check you all over for scars and they check your blood for any problems. They wantt to make sure you are not a drug user. Now I take 6 different medications bc i have overactive thyroid, high blood pressure, and arthritis. So all of my meds are prescribed. 90% of people are fine with their meds. It takes approx an hour to go through the process. Do no eat greasy foods or noodles, rice or milk because it thickens your blood. You will need a piece of mail showing your address, a photo I.D. and your ss card. Once you do the main process, the rest is very quick. You can only give twice within 7 days. If you follow these guidelines you donation will take about 1 hr depending on your weight. Please tell them Donna McCord referred you because i will get an extra $10. Thanks.
No..We will reopen Tuesday at 7:00 am
Also, the night before you go, do NOT eat greasy foods or milk or milk by products..eg milkshakes or ice cream. I always have a quart fruit smoothie with powdered protein. Drink LOTS of water. If you have tattoos, they can only be 6 months or older. You have to live in the state where you are giving plasma. If you are giving in Jackson, I'd appreciate it if you say Donna McCord referred you. Ive been doing this for 3 years and i have good info on things to make the experience better. And you will get $50 for your first 5 visits (you can give twice weekly) so you'll get $100 your first 2 weeks and then it will be based on your weight. If you have any questions just inbox me.
You can donate twice a week..mon & fri or tues & Sat, or Mon & Thu...I go Tue & Fri they open at 8 a.m close at 6 pm
Very basic physical...listen to your heart, lungs, look in ears/eyes, look for tattoos and track marks (you CAN donate if you have tattoos, they just have to document tats and piercings)
