Received a pink slip in my mail box saying that the mailbox was too full to deliver my package and there was nothing else in my mailbox besides the pink slip. Signed up online for redelivery of my package, 4 days went by still no package. I called and spoke with someone there to reassure me that my package would be delivered the next day. It has now been 2 days since then and still no package. When I called today they can’t even find the package now. I’ve also had issues of my mail being delivered to other residents and have had to call them to track down my missing packages. I’ve never had this much of an issue with mail/packages being delivered until we moved here.

Are you going to have to stand in line? Yes, it's a post office. But the postal workers are always very kind and lovely to speak to. I will frequently pick up packages here rather than waiting for a next day delivery, I take my tracking number and ID and it is super easy.

MULTIPLE packages not delivered because they "couldn't find a secure location", when in reality the driver did not even attempt to place the package at my door step. Basically, if the package does not fit in your mailbox, they will not deliver it and you will have to go pick it up from the post office. Will not order from any business that ships USPS or I will pay extra for it to be delivered via FedEx or UPS.

Somebody please hire extra people to work at this location it is ridiculous the wait time and the weight time and they move at the pace of a snail. Good luck if you lose mail because no one in the back office will help you and the pretty rude about it as well
