This place should be reported. They don't help at all . They basically just turn u away. The staff should be fired and replaced. And whomever answers the phone is so rude she hung up on me. I would sleep on a board outside in a blizzard before I go there again . The people are there just to make money not help . It's sickening

To me honestly they should allow longer than 30 days for people to get on their feet because it takes longer than 30 days to get a job or an apartment now days because theres this thing called a waiting list and you might get lucky to have an interview with section 8 or florence housing or may not be that lucky enough it doesn't matter what you tell them about your situation it's only 30 days but in my opinion it should be longer and also they shouldn't make people get put in the rain or storms you call yourself Christian so act like it

If you are trying to get in touch with the shelter, no one will be there until about 5. Then we check in our residents and start supper. We don't man the phones back there like the office does during their hours. Our first job is to the residents that live there. We can only really answer questions pertaining to the lodge, anyway. The office will be closed tomorrow but will reopen Tuesday through Friday 9am until 4om. Hope this helps.
