What a dumpster fire. I get people need to pay their bills, this is money. However no future with this company. They're bleeding not only employees, but leadership as well. Training, don't make me laugh! Because no one who's smart enough ever sticks around long enough to know how to train people. You'll get some basic information on how to login, but there's no central databases for any of the random garbage companies you'll end up working for. Meaning while on a call you're completely thrown to the wolves. They'll tell you don't say this but won't tell you what to say. Considering that there's plenty of competition in the area just fight for a great job instead. I worked in previous call centers and this is the biggest dump in Oregon. Totally thumbs down. The FCR probably stands for F...ing Clowns Really.

If I could place a zero start I would. This company is corrupt beyond all belief. Got fired today for joking behavior after 2 months of battling false final written warnings that had to be rewritten due to being denied . I was exceeding all expectations. I was on time daily. Worked hard. Served 1 year and did a lot for this company. They target the wrong people they keep the slack jobs. Hope you guys enjoy sinking the ship.

I will refrain from using every explicative word I know about this place. It's a call center outsourcing business. Damn near practicing slave labor. Horrible upper management keeps lower management and regular employees flowing through like a revolving door. If you're unemployable everywhere else, you can go through here, but I'd avoid it like the plague.

What can be said about a call center, other than it is just another 21st century sweatshop. Training was non-existent, management is deaf and/or blind, while claiming to be a friend to everyone. "I'm just being transparent, here" (one of their favorite, overworked trite phrases that they use.).
