Live here...we do not see over abundance of any large dogs. We have a 30 pound cocker spaniel. There is a house pretty far away in a court. He has a small dog that actually has crossed over to our. Property on Travelers way to bark while my dog does his business. I actually had to stop traffic until the owner came and got him. We have association rules leash your dog...Some people lean towards being knuckle heads. Palm Grove is best kept secret...CBS homes..it's own water sewer plant...24 hr hated and guarded.....We love it!!
I believe its heated year round.
One mile north Winn Dixie...Two miles south Publix...There is also a bus that will come into the development to bring you where you want to go.
No pools allowed in backyards! Only pool is the one by the Club house.
