The state of Colorado has just ended it's vaccine mandates so your policy might be changing. The Feds haven't changed their policies so some healthcare facilities will have to keep the policies because of the Federal funds they receive. And of course, the owners and management of your facility can decide to keep their policies. So some hope for you but not a sure thing. Check with your HR department.

I work a few blocks from those apartments and our job is experiencing the same thing. There is construction going on near Quebec and Evans and the water has been getting shut off and on.

Ask at health and human services on line what is it needed for yourself? Don't send to my email, maybe to McDonald's

I think that's done the same way medical marijuana licenses --via a clinic; then it's approved by the state.

Never got a letter, they normally correspond via e-mail. I guess it depends on the department, this government entity expands over many more things than a normal state.
