Applied almost 2 1/2 weeks ago every time I called to get some kind of update I get the answering service. The answering services say they will have someone call me back no one ever calls worst place to probably ever try to get an apartment . I don’t understand they sit in the office all day doing what every time I drive by I don’t see cars in front but they don’t have time to call people they don’t have that many apartments. On top of that every time I stop to go in there’s a paper on the door either they’re in a meeting or on lunch and it’s not even around lunchtime for most places that are 8 to 5

I have lived here for the past 3 years and as soon as my lease is up I will be moving, ever since the new management company took over the property has went to trash. The pool is always dirty with water bottles and soda cans floating in it. Kids are always diving in the pool so no chance in relaxing. There is always someone playing loud music from their car at all hours of the night which never happened in the past. It takes days for maintenance to fix an issue for some odd reason. I just called and spoke with April who was not able to assist me with what I was asking so she handed the phone over to Ebony the manager who found my issue funny. April and Ebony kept trying to compare my situation to other residents that work from home. I tried explaining multiple times that I will need to plug my Ethernet cord into the router which is located in the closet and they did not have a resolution for me. I felt belittled and as if my request was not important If you are thinking about moving in here I would advise you not to do so as the amount of money that they are charging is not worth the small space of the apartment homes or the poor quality of customer service from the management team. And they go through staff quiet often. Just a heads up to anyone looking to move here. April and Ebony rarely answer the phone or reply to emails and when I asked April if she received my email her answer was I get a lot of emails. Like that’s not her job. Horrible place to live. The management team acts like they are doing you a favor when they are asked to do there job. Also when you leave a message with the answering service you never get a call back from the office. If April and Ebony can not handle their jobs they need to find a new one. The old manager Austin was always helpful. Do not move here it’s not worth your hard earned money.

This is one of the worst places to live in my personal vehicle which is registered in the name of my contract and they tried to tow my own vehicle because I have it parked in an open parking spot instead of my own parking spot and …Jeffrey, we apologize if you have had a bad experience here. We apologize for any issues with your car, but with it having not been moved in months we were unsure if it was just being stored in our general parking area.
