Was a pretty decent first time float, I did however still hear voices every once and a while (which broke concentration) as I had the very first room closest to reception. Liam was great throughout the whole process all in all.

No it is body temperature. You can have them slightly adjust temp if wanted
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, earplugs, and towels are provided for you but you're welcome to bring your own if you'd like to, if you need a hairbrush you will need to bring your own as it is not something provided. You're also provided with a pillow ring if you need it to support your head while you're floating. For after, there is a beauty bar with hair dryers, mirrors, Kleenex, q tips, and extra towels. You will also be naked in the tank, it's a private room with a shower in it. If you have cuts or razorburn, you are provided with a packet of petrolatum jelly to cover them and that will prevent burning in the salt water (:
