For all these reviews talking about the staff are completely bogass. All of these one star reviews have nothing to do with the actual business they run, which is DRUG TESTING. The people complaining here are the people who come in with an attitude and who are late to their appointment. Maybe if you all read the emails sent to you they request you show up 10 minutes early. Remember treat others how you want to be treated. The staff is awemazing! They really know there information for drug testing and probably the best handling all they have to deal with.

Yes, we do use a wand for Female collections although not usually for Male. There are different methods of using the wand that still allow modesty. I'd be happy to show you the next time you have a test.
