I had a bad feeling about THIS particular location. We always order from King's Hwy, but for some reason, it wasn't reachable. So, we settled for this location on Bert Kouns. We've always had problems. Either the service was poor or the product wasn't as good as other locations. I did an errand for my mother who ordered two pizzas and a Pepsi. By the time I got there, the lady at the window said they were out of Pepsi and tried to offer me other options. Another lady came to the window to repeat what the other lady had said, claiming they had ran out since the previous night. If that's the case, why wasn't the order double-checked before telling me this at the very last minute? I knew there weren't any other options to choose from becuase for one, my mother is very particular with what she likes, and two, that was what she originally ordered, not the other options. I asked for a refund. This became a whole ordeal for like almost 10 minutes. A very dry young man with dreadlocks came to the window with no professional or greeting manner. He looked very irritated or as if he just woke up from a hangover. He asked what the problem was and assisted. He handed me a slip to fill out my information and then handed me 2 $1 bills. The refund read $2.17, so where was the rest of the refund? The guy didn't say anything else. I had to ask if that was it. He shook his head. It's only $2, yes, but the point was there was no apology, no type of motivation to make the order right. I tried to do a Tellpizzahut survey butt here was no code at the bottom in order for me to initiate that. That guy was so pitiful... This location really sucks and it sounds like they need a whole need crew or some kind of change of culture becuase we've shunned from this location for a couple of years now, and it's STILL a problem.

Went inside to oder dine in. Employees were very noisy and a little rude. Fountain drink was out and they would not fill one at the drive threw for you. ,so I had to buy a over priced bottle drink. When pizza was ready they ,it came in a box. They never put my oder in as dine in.i asked for crush peppers, was told I had to buy them mow. Any other fast food in the world give you your condiments. I ate my pizza and the more I ate the worst I felt. Stomach was cramping bad. Went to Dr. And was told I had food poisoning. Only place I ate that day was pizza hut. I will never return to any pizza hut again after eating at this one.

Food was good service was quick. They no longer have red pepper or parmesan at the table. They also no longer have either in packets for free. They are happy to charge you a $1 for each though.

Would give it a zero if possible. Ordered a pizza and never got it, despite getting a text that it’s out for delivery. I stay about 2 minutes from Pizza Hut but didn’t want to get out with my young kids. We now have no dinner and the place is now closed. Best believe they will be giving me my money and tip back tomorrow and if I ever in my life order from here again, they get no tip. Sorry to the decent workers because the bad ones ruin it for them. Also, seeing all the “one stars” and similar stories from this specific location, I’m disappointed but not surprised.
