I couldnt get approved to rent for a 3 bedroom apartment here at Sedona Peaks. So I ended up getting approved for a home loan and bought a 3 bedroom house instead😂 Thanks Sedona Peaks.Hi there David, Congratulations on the new home. Every company and real estate industry has their own set of approval standards. I know that our staff tried their best to provide great customer service and took the time to explain the reasons for denial as well as help you along your process of collecting documentation. I would not recommend living here. In one month of living here, both my cars tires were slashed, keyed both my cars. Poorly lit parking lot makes easy for cars to be vandalized. Someone even has attempted to break while I was home!!! Other tenants are Yelling and beating each out up. Appliances are old not working properly. Paint so thick it’s peeling off. Toilet is always over flowing due to old plumbing. So I would not recommend if you have small children or elderly family members. Not safe! I have reached out to management with not response. If you like living in fear are you don’t own a car, then Sedona peaks is the place for you! *****11/02/20 I can show you ALL the maintenance request. Each one is for the same request that maintenance has been unable to fix. The rang door is broken. Keeps filling off. Maintenance keeps temporarily fixing it. Was told he had to order “parts” that was 2 months ago. @sedona peaks I can also show the police report of the vandalism to both of my cars. I did report each issue.That is your opinion. I can show you proof!
