I am a regular customer across the valley at multiple locations. I had the worst experience today. I walked in there was no one in line, I waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted, the manager came and took my order for a quesadilla. I told him i would like sour cream and pico on the side as always because it gets all soggy when they put them in the container. i got to the register and the girl charged me for extra sour cream. I didn't ask for extra i asked for it on the side. She said well that's more than a serving so you have to pay. I told her i wasn't going to pay I wanted my serving that came with the quesadilla, and I didnt get quac so a little extra shouldn't be charged. I never get charged and always get it this way. She got an attitude with me and I told her not to get an attitude just let me get my food. She then said that she was refusing to let me purchase my food and she was refusing service. The manager stood there and did nothing. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, I am a long term customer of cafe rio but not anymore. These staff members should be fired.

- 100 stars! Horrible staff and food!!!! Messy kitchen and sloppy food everywhere! I’ve been coming here since 2017 and it has literally gone down the drain in the last two years. Ever since the manager resigned a whole circus crew came in out of no where! Horrible, horrible and nasty! Dry rice and beans, crusty chicken, dry steak, burnt so called flour tortillas, dry chopped salsa!!!! This place should be shut down immediately…

First time here and wanted to see what it was about. Honestly food was too bland not much flavor salsas were not fresh they tasted like there from a can the guacamole was dark tortillas were cold. Prices a bit high for what they offer. Too my taste definitely not worth it. Chipotle wins.

I placed my order through Postmates. The responsibility still lies with Cafe Rio because they are the ones the “MADE” the salad. I paid for fire grilled steak and did not get any type of protein in my salad. When I called and spoke to a Connie at Cafe Rio, she stated I would need to go through Postmates to get my refund. She didn’t even say I apologize I can remake the salad for you and send it out to you on us. She said because Postmates gets the money and Cafe Rio doesn’t get paid for a few weeks after I would need to go through Postmates to get my refund. I just wanted my salad with meat in it. I have never had issues with Cafe Rio before and still think they’re way better than the competitors. I am truly disappointed with this transaction today.
