a little pricy for the amount of chicken but the flavor makes up for it. rice and beans were great. forgot to ask for corn tortillas but the salsa works with the flour ones just as well

I ordered a double chicken avocado salad. Perfect balance of proteins and vegetables. They are very light on the dressing so it’s perfect if you’re trying to cut back on calories. The avocado is always fresh and flavorful. Fast and friendly service. Clean environment. Restrooms could use additional cleaning.

False advertising, ordered my Cinco de Mayo 2 taco with the Tapatio bottle . Came to pick up and notice they didn't even put it in? I ask what happen I was excited to receive but no notice nothing, I had to ask and they mentioned they didn't have any, but my brother show up earlier and they told him the sauce was expired really?? I think staff is going to hold on and sell them online later. I will report this to corporate and complain. Thanks Pollo Loco you still made money .

Bathroom was nasty. If I would have seen it before we ordered we would have LEFT! Dirty tables with cleaning bucket sitting on one. Food was bland, mild salsa was bland, pico wasn't exciting, rice had no flavor, chicken was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor, bean juice completely saturated my bowl. Food was so unappealing and not enjoyable so we refused to finish our food. Compared to the other locations (Avondale and Buckeye) this was very disappointing. There is a serious need for MANAGEMENT at this location. The music was too loud and the employees clearly don't care about customer service or doing their job. Especially when people enter the lobby!!! Welcome people and don't leave them standing there wondering who is going to help them. With us in the lobby and 1 car in the drive thru I'm sure they weren't that busy. Nobody walked around cleaning tables or checked the restaurant in a good 20-30 minutes. There was NO ice tea at 5:45pm. Tons of places to eat around there!!!
