When I arrived I was asked to wait for someone else by two different associates. When the third person came to me ( Guy with long dark hair and mustache/beard) I asked if I can get 2 copies of 11x17 drawing printed out on regular paper. I was told I had place the order online and online told me pickup 24 hours later. I couldn’t wait nor should have to wait that long for a simple printout. I asked if this can be expedited or done earlier and I was told to find somewhere else to get it printed or “maybe I should’ve placed my order earlier”. I thought this was extremely rude and unprofessional. After no help I went to the self service printer and completed what I needed in less than a minute. All this guy had to do was explain to me or just say I can use the self service printer.

Our HP printer refused to accept a brand new cartridge. An error message repeatedly appeared. Frustration drove us to return the cartridge. We carried our printer to demonstrate what was happening. An associate greeted us upon entering and after explaining directed us to someone else knew would be able to help with our specific question/challenge! It happened to be the manager to whom we demonstrated our dilemma. Without hesitation the mgr. made the analysis & decision and minutes later we were walking out happy customers! No elated!!
