I got the hybrid gel full set with tips. Very disappointed as it's only been a week and my nails are all lifting. They are very chunky and thick and several nails were crooked when they were filed. If I didn't have to go back to work I would have had her fix them all but I had no choice. She attempted to fix and kept filing the wrong side of the nail. Definitely a salon that is focused on production and not the artistry of the nails. I also had the pleasure of walking in to a client trying to tell this technician that there was an issue with one of her nails and the technician did nothing to help. I should have known that was a red flag....

Never again. Maybe I went on a bad day, but the owner’s attitude was terrible. My acrylic set was crooked and she rushed throughout the whole process. To make matters worse, the tip of my nails broke within the same week.
