I needed a short term lease while waiting for my apartment to be renovated which kept getting delayed. Zaure and the team (Mostafa, Hussein, Reza, Tariq) provided a convenient and fuss free furnished apartment for me and my cat for 7 months! Zaure always responded quickly and fairly to my requests. This was the first time I used a shared laundry room and the machines were very clean and well maintained… probably because the laundry shop downstairs uses them and keeps them in shape. The courtyard provides a nice space to get some fresh air and is well landscaped in the warmer months. I enjoyed having my meals looking out of the window. The location was convenient and safe. Trader Joes right outside was a huge bonus. I was on a budget and for the price The Bridge Suites was, the place worked for me. The compound is definitely on the older side and not brand new/shiny like a new built but the interiors are clean, has everything you need and it is safe which was most critical for me. You’d probably have to pay 3-4 times for something brand new so it’s all about choices and expectations. Am grateful for the time I stayed there!

Such a warm hospitality, clean rooms and amazing staff that helps you with whatever you need. Zaura, Mostafa, Hussein and others I forgot their name - thank you so much for the great staying.

This place is an overpriced dump! The apartment was old and small with major repairs needed. During my stay there were maintenance issues which were not addressed. The dumpsters are way too close to entryways which was a breeding place for mice. There were even mice in the apartment. The washers and dryers were old in a dark and dingy laundry room. With all the trouble experienced, I requested a discount on the rent and though they were aware of my complaints, they denied my request to discount the rent. The place is overpriced, filthy and low on service. This was a total waste of money!

I was trying to rent this place both in person and Airbnb and didn’t have any luck. There is a woman who is resonsible for everything there Zaure Karabulina.I liked the area, I need to move for short term and didnt get involved with furniture. I’m self employed student have 2 companies but Zaure Karabulina was questioning me like I’m some criminal, when I said I’m self employed. I’ve tryied to rent them and prepay for whole 4-5 months stay upfront through Airbnb but Zaure Karabulina was there very rough too. I’ve made a complaint through Airbnb account already too. You have to pick you stuff very carefully and don’t loose your clients! Actually don’t book them here, they have cheaper rates on Airbnb.

I heard of it from a friend, not on the internet when I stayed there in 2007. Yes, it was for real. By the pics it looks like it got an upgrade. The bricked wall with fireplace made me "nostalgic" as my flat had one. The bathroom pic shows as it was/is, and the patio was so too, though I never sat there. There used to be a laundrette downstairs, leading to the patio. Guess it was coin operated. No need to purchase a card. In my days, there was a deposit of $750, and the rent was $2500. To re-new or cancel I guess one had to give 2 weeks notice. But all could be different now. I liked it, apart from no elevator.
