Asked for a discount at the register for a damaged sport coat and within 30 seconds it was explained to me in a very satisfactory way, why the item could not be priced any lower. Very well trained employee.

Aside from one really nice cashier, this location is terrible. There is little to choose from and what they do have should be trashed. Clothes with holes and stains being priced way above what they’re worth. They pick and choose what clothes they want to refund for “sanitation purposes” yet sell bathing suits, lingerie and underwear and act like those have never been worn before. The donation hours and days are so random and ridiculous, it’s impossible to donate if you work a full time job. Not to mention the donation workers act like they hate being there and even turn away donations. This whole store is terrible. Skip the frustration and go to a Plato’s or Once Upon A Child. Much better quality, for cheaper, and they offer discounts and sales!

The people who take the donations are rude. The hours at the donation area are a joke!! The turn away more things then they take. Even if the items are brand new.

I love buying various trinkets and do-dads from this place the only thing I could wish for more is live band performances. I would love to hear some Big Band jazz and I ruffle through the various donations and find maybe a mystical map to a quest to a land beyond or even maybe a extra terrestrial friend who I must protect from possible enemies.
