They were the laziest most insensitive company I have ever dealt with! They threw out 30 years worth of memories like garbage! 30 years worth of pictures and stuff that was not contaminated! If you value your sentimental objects and your pictures do not I repeat do not use this company

Matt & Justin came to my home at 7:30pm, after an extremely long day, to assist in determining moisture in my home after Hurricane Ian. Both Matt & Justin were extremely professional, friendly, provided explanations about moisture and best practices. I can't commend them enough for their professionalism and patience.

I am so sad to write this review. I contacted this company and the employees over the phone where very accommodative and scheduled someone to do an inspection right away, for a $150. Initially I was impressed on how fast they could come to me. Oh well, they like to take easy money, they took our $150 and nothing was solved. They came did their inspection, with just a flashlight, they guy seemed very interested in helping, answered my questions but NEVER sent an estimate. I gave follow up several times because I was interested for them to do the job, but they never contacted us back. Is a shame two weeks passed and we heard nothing. I don’t recommend them as they are unreliable and will just come look at your home, take their $150 for “evaluation” and run away. We ended up hiring another company that came, evaluated and next day started the job.

There are many ways to achieve this including repairing leaks in your home—from walls, roof, gutters, plumbing pipes, etc., keeping indoor humidity at about 30-50%, ventilating appliances that generate moisture, getting your HVAC system inspected annually, cleaning gutters, and using materials such as mold-resistant paint.
No! Water conducts electricity and can deliver a potentially deadly electric shock. If the fire is from an appliance and you can safely unplug it, go ahead. You can also use a heavy blanket to cut off its oxygen supply and smother it, or you can use a fire extinguisher designed for a Class C fire.
First, contact a water-damage restoration company, such as PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services, as soon as possible. Don’t wait, as water can cause mold and irremediable damage to the wood, walls, and carpet in your home. Then, contact your insurance company to start the claim process. If safe, shut off the utilities in your home to avoid further damage. Don’t enter your home if it has suffered structural damage. Don’t walk through floodwater if electricity hasn’t been turned off and avoid contaminants.
