First of all the only name you need to know is Felicia! From the first phone call to Ironwood Homes of Perry and talking with her to our home being delivered and set-up she has been there every step of the way. I wanted custom items in our new home and magic was done and I got almost everything I asked for. We have had some of the best service crews working on our home from the flooring install, the wall crew that went above and beyond to the service guy that has spent many an hour making sure everything was done and we were happy. I would highly recommend Ironwood Homes of Perry and Felicia she'll bring you home......

The worst mistake I ever made they tell you to live in the house 45 days to give everything time to settle, make a list of the items you find wrong and then they will come out and fix them. Well 9 months later we got some of the stuff fixed after numerous calls .We bought the big Kahuna they blame everything on Covid when it’s really just poor quality and service. My carpet was not put down correctly there are areas where it is not laid there is a ridge where the padding was cut too short, what we thought was wood is just pressed paper that is currently peeling up.I’ve still been calling the factory but again they blame everything on Covid. Mara was the reason for the star they really should not let things like these leave the factory where is quality control and hire qualified people to complete the finishing touches. It is truly a mess. If you are considering a live oak home or a purchase from ironwood take my advice and DONT DO IT.

My husband and I at first wasn’t sure we were to the point of buying a home yet , but the moment he was introduced to Felicia he told me he knew it was going to be an amazing new journey and it was through all the headaches Mrs Felisha was there every step and updated us with everything she truly did more then her job title she made us feel like we mattered and weren’t just a pay check like other Mobil home places and showed so much respect I truly recommend going to ironwood and using Felisha ❤️
