The manager of this store, Aaron, is completely unprofessional and should be embarrassed. I was in the store trying to get documents printed but I had to stand there and wait while he disciplined an employee right in front of me. Regardless if the employee deserved it, to stand there and continue to essentially belittle an employee, MAKING A CUSTOMER WAIT AND STAND THERE AND LISTEN, is shameful and horrible management. Then while the employee finally was able to help me because the manager left, he CAME BACK to discipline him in front of me!!!! I’ve never seen such horrible customer service and unprofessionalism from a manager.

UPDATE: The store itself is growing very nicely so far, shout out to Sales Manager Aaron, who gives life to the store in general, and new Tech Supervisor Darby, and also a shout out to Print and Marketing as well, they do a very good job there and have an endless amount of patience, they all do what they can to maintain the integrity of the store...
