Copenhagen was asked to come out and fix our table purchased through them many years ago. The name of the repair person is Pascal and the service, concern and passion exhibited by his professionalism was exemplary. Pascal took the time to explain to my wife ( who was on FaceTime from her office) and I was clear and simple. We thank Copenhagen for making sure their customers are never forgotten. We have bought at least 9 pieces of furniture over the years which are still in great condition. Full Disclosure: Copenhagen does not know nor in any way I have received any type of reward for writing this excellent review of my experience this morning.

If you have a problem with your furniture they will simply ignore you. They will not respect your warranty. Terrible customer service!!!! I bought a Vspring mattress, which sagged on one side, it is unusable. I contacted the manufacturer who said that I have to process the warranty through the store. I have been calling and writing for months. In early 2022 I finally spoke to a rude woman who said they will call back but no one ever did. Nice stuff but terrible service.
