Those of us living in apartment complex lower Paxton township r experiencing our third water man break in less than 7 days. At the start of the third break, I called Suez to let them know that we again had no water; but the cust rep kept repeating that I never paid my bill so that is why we have no water. He would not listen carefully to my points that I don't have a water bill b/c it is incl. In rent; that I was calling to report the third time with no water (letting the company be aware)! I hung up phone not feeling heard; wondering if crews would try to fix the problem tonight b,/c it is our third time with NO safe drinking water; believing the water utilities just didn't care about when we'd be able to bathe, drink, go to the bathroom...

Worse utility companies ever including rude customer service, ridiculous prices and far most slow services. Have no regards what so ever for customers. Go American Waters.

Construction work on Derry St temporarily shut off our water last night (Dec 17). We had no warning, no estimate of outage time, no communication at all! Went on website and finally found alert from a few days ago. Supposedly an email, text and/or phone call was made to affected customer s.That suggested will stock up and fill a tub. Well, thanks for letting us know! 😡 NOT!

I am not a professional but bright off color is usually the sign of dye which is used for testing for leaks and other things. But take no chances.
