I got small size single braids down to my waist. Two people was on my head, they finished in 3 hours. My hair looks great and came out as I expected. Definitely going back again.

She’s extremely disrespectful and wicked . She and I had a time set for 12pm, I got there and she texted me to change the time to 2:40pm while I’m waiting for her in the heat . I told her I Uber everywhere and her changing the time is going to costs me 100 plus dollars and she did not care nor apologize for such inconvenience and loss of money and wasted time . She’s rude , unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful. Do not waste your time . Find a braided that’ll respect your time

1. No greeting when I came in 2. No ETA on when they would get me in the chair, even though I called the day before for an appointment and when I arrived they weren't nearly done with their other customers hair. 3. No communication on what type of hair to bring so after sitting for two hours, I had to leave and go to the beauty supply store, after I was finally able to sit in the chair to get my hair done. However, I called the day before and specifically asked how many packs and sent a picture of my natural hair. I declined the whole service because of the careless responses I kept getting. So no you will not touch my head with that bad energy. 4. I was very patient even though they got snappy with other customers?!?! I should have left then. Why be rude to people paying you for a service? 5. Ants all over the floor. Get ant traps 6. I was quoted $250 which was no problem and I was going to tip an extra $50 but they let their attitudes get in the way of that. 7. Word of mouth is the fastest way to advertise. I will share my experience with others because that was just embarrassing. 8. Being rude just doesn't sit well with me. Especially when you're not proactive with your customers to ensure a great customer experience. 👎
