I want to take this opportunity to thank Mega Furniture for their efforts in serving me on this occasion. I am shocked and disappointed to write this letter to you today. I had the worst customer service experience with Mega Furniture. Mega furniture has no consideration when they want to make money for their benefit. Now I want to know why Mega Furniture wouldn't refund me my cash when they have the furniture in their possession. Why did Mega wish to take advantage of me? I request the cancellation of the furniture and a refund immediately without delay. It's very frustrating and challenging to deal with Mega Furniture. Mega Furniture has made it difficult for its customers as they do nothing to improve its service. Your customer service is now at rock bottom.

I bought a whole living room set.. sofa, loveseat, and two recliners. The AC/DC adapter quit working on one of them. Went the store and got a royal run around! They told me I would have to co tact customer service. So I did that and they told me that I would need to contact the warranty company called guardian. I did that and after listening to a recording for 10 minutes they asked me questions and when answering I would get a reply “ this isn’t an acceptable answer but we’ll keep going. Asked for an email and I gave it to them 4 times and then said “ we cannot understand you. Your call will be disconnected. They wanted to know how big the damage was etc. I just kept telling them adapter defective! Then went online to try and they wanted a claim number which I didn’t have! I went back to the furniture store where I purchased to see if they had it on file and was told at the time of purchase they sent me an email with the number. I don’t keep emails for 1 1/2 years. I purchased this set in November 29, 2020! I then stood outside and every customer that approached door I told them how horrible their service was! Im going to call the better business burea and file a complaint!

SHADY!!!! Sales reminiscent of used car salesmen. They will make promises and are unable to follow through, then once they have your money leave you hanging. I informed the sales associate that the main reason I am buying that particular bed is that another one I liked better was out of stock for a couple months, so I wanted assurances it would be in stock and deliverable.. I was assured that it was in stock and a delivery date was given. Again I asked for confirmation that it was coming that Wednesday. I broke down my old bed, gave it to family passing it on. I tried calling about delivery and found that the bed was in fact not in stock and no estimation of when it would be or when it could be delivered. SO here I sat without a bed now and no timeframe for when it would be delivered, no calls to inform me of this I had to find it out through multiple run around phone calls and different stories and excuses given. When I called the store I was told no returns past 48 hours, (convenient of them to not call me for 3 days huh?) No ETA on if or when I would even get the bed, and they do apologize but will get back to me when it comes in...... Looking at previous posts that could be a year or so on several people having the same issue. Called main distribution center, and I was informed that that bed is not in stock at all, I escalated until I got approval for a refund but again was put off.
