Why isn't the fitting rooms open? I've shopped at a lot of clothing stores in the past two weeks and Rainbow is the only store that I'm seeing this. Cute stuff but I didn't buy anything because of this.

Thank you Diana for being the only employee of rainbow to actually have a bright and polite gesture with your customers. And not to mention she made sure to answer our questions with such kindness. This store needs more persons like you . Reason why I’m only giving this store a 3star because the other 2 employees weren’t so kind.

I was trying to purchase a some items so I ask the employees can I try them on she said the fitting room not open. I’m like I thought all the Covid restrictions were gone. She like no they won’t ever open the fitting rooms up. She’s like that’s a good thing. I’m like why is that a good thing and for who. She was like all the stealing. People don’t need a dressing room to steal anything. Unfortunately people who steal are going to do that regardless. I just don’t have time to take some stuff home like 25 minutes away and bring it back if I don’t like it or can’t fit . I put the stuff back and I went to shop somewhere else.

i have never had someone be so rude to me & my friend for simply asking if they have open fitting rooms. also, the same employee was wearing merchandise with tags on it.
