Run around on the phone then a recording saying call back later or on the next business day. Zero assistance. Should be zero stars.

Had a past employer not pay in the taxes deducted from my check the six months prior to the company chaining its doors. This office helped, but SS up the street will not.

Delores Heminway How do I get ahold of a live human being instead of a machine to find out why my taxes still have not been processed. 3 mouths now and still nothing is being done.
Yes, but you have to call 844-545-5640 for an appointment.
The notice on the door says the office moved to 1250 Edwin Miller Blvd.

This is strictly and only an IRS facility that watches taxes. They do not do personal taxes at all. This is only an IRS facility that watches taxes and makes sure that all numbers match up. Your federal taxes come out of Philadelphia and of course your state taxes comes out of Charleston, Wv. You will have to have someone else do your taxes. The Library does taxes for free. My wife and I always do our own taxes free every year through H&R Blocks free app and we always receive both taxes within 2 weeks after filing them each year. Also ask around because there are other outlets that also do taxes for free so ask around or type free taxes in your browser and it will bring up all free tax preparers and is very easy to file your taxes. It won't let you make any errors. As you feel out each box if your information is correct and the box will turn blue for you to move on to the next box. If the box turns red that means you put in the wrong information but it will tell you your mistakes .
This would be the closest one in Martinsburg behind the V.A. Center
You can only get them through your employer. Only your employer prints them out for you to send with your taxes.
Go to the website federal IRS.gov
Got both my state and federal taxes back by February 26th
The 1040 is there. They do not carry the 1040A or 1040EZ.
