Assalamo alaikum If all goes well, coming Sunday shall be 1st Taravih followed by 1st Ramadan on Monday insha allah.

Wsalaam. West Hartford is out of my way but my suggestion is since you are willing to pay, just do Uber for Jumu'ah, back and forth will not cost you much from West Hartford. Other prayers you can pray at home as you are far from the masjid, it is not waajib on you. May Allah subhaanahu wa ta'ala make it easy for you.
In-sha-allah it will start on the evening of Wednesday. And we will fast on Thursday.
