Ron's Automotive blew away my expectations. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus and the experience of buying was a breeze. The staff, including Ricky, Chad, Skyler, Rod and Mark, immedietly made me feel welcome and spoke to me as if i was a friend instead of just a customer. The car was clean, well maintained, and was at an afforable price. I will definetly be a returning customer. Thank you Ron's Automotive, for all that you do, and you have gained a lifetime customer.

***SCAM ALERT*** **NEW OWNERSHIP** **SAME LACK OF INTEGRITY** ◾️Absolutely DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. The MEN at this business will LIE to you, STEAL money from you, (add ghost charges after agreed upon sale price) and then sell you a car THEY WANT you to buy, even if it is USELESS to you. ◾️I needed a vehicle to pull a 15ft camper, 2700 lb dry wt. So at least 3500 lb. This was specifically spelled out to Tony. ◾️Prior to purchase I was told the 2015 Traverse had a tow package and could pull up to 5000 lb. Both UNTRUE. The salesman Tony (House) repeatedly lied to me, gave me false information about a 2015 Traverse. (purchased May 20 2022). "no longer works there" (FIRED). ◾️Neither "Chad" (sales manager) or Joe (Cline) (service manager) will help resolve my issues. ■The SERVICE provided on 9/9/2022 was NOT what was agreed upon. Joe lacks basic automobile knowledge and refused to complete the agreed upon work that was pre-paid. He repeatedly gave me false information about my vehicle and "tow package". He did not install proper wiring. ◾️Both Joe and Chad have limited information about the vehicle's sale, the paperwork is incomplete and inaccurate. When Chad reviewed my file with me he laughed in my face and said "Well you signed it". They both told numerous additional lies 9/8/22 regarding hitch placement which was added to sale price at purchase. ◾️New owner "Mr Gonzalez" has not contacted me despite asking both managers to escalate my concerns to the owner and begin arbitration. I have no choice now other than to REPORT RON'S AUTOMOTIVE and take legal action. THEY have offered no further resolution or response. ***Every website with used car reviews contains numerous complaints describing these issues; RONS AUTOMOTIVE LIED AND PADDED COSTS (for the last 40 years). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. ***The listed sale price for my vehicle was $15,800. The photo shows final price paid and extra cash required at purchase. ***Even with after market hitch installed, max towing capability is 1500 lb. It cannot pull the camper I purchased. *I will update as new information is available
