Security guard and manager was very rude, as soon as I walked in. Extremely unprofessional they had me throw out my bottle of water that I need for medicine.

Online shopping at F21 is the worst, you spend your hard earned money to order stuffs for you not to receive the stuff and it hurt more cos it was for a vacation trip. I had to go on the trip with other options. You then have to go through hell to see if you will get your money back, the shipping carriers are terrible I was home all day waiting on my package for them to send a pic that he left it downstairs and someone unfortunately stole my package, it’s been more than a month and F21 don’t want to pay me. The delivery guy should have dropped it on my door stairs cos the elevator was working and that why I had my apt number on the address. F21 don’t care about the customers and that terrible, I called several times and they give me the worst excuse. I never received these items and i should get my money back. Shame on you guys for putting me through all these stress for my money.
