Great service and experience! Me and my fiancé drove 2 1/2 hours to get a Polaris Rzr and while we waited we ate at the restaurant and checked out the gun shop in the back, very nice people and they gave us free t-shirts . Would definitely recommend!!

James is right. Like most dealerships, they have more than one mechanic. Besides, your question is pretty vague. Either way, calling the Service Dept is your best bet. If you need service work done, the folks at Tri-County know their stuff and have been great to work with. I highly recommend them!
