I usually order from Domino’s because of the location and cost and have never had a problem. Today, I ordered a couple pizzas and chicken wings online with no problem. However, when I opened the box of wings to serve my kids, i found a chicken bone that appeared to be eaten off of and then fried again. I’m absolutely sure that this was an accident but the way the store handled this was disappointing. I called and spoke with the manager (can’t remember his name) and he told me that because he was the only one there and didn’t see anything like that in my order, he assured me that it was unlikely. I asked him if I could email a photo of my order, but he said no. He agreed to refund the wings, but when I asked if he needed my info, he told me that he didn’t need it. Made me wonder if I really would get a refund for the wings, but we’ll see. Here’s a photo of the wings....

This is becoming one of the worst Domino's in the neighborhood. This is my second nightmare at this location. Last time (January 2, 2022 @ 2100hrs) I was made to wait outside for more than 20min when the app had indicated that the pizza was ready. The 2 guys who were working seemed frustrated and didn't care. They didn't bother to explain what was happening, actually, the guy who seemed in charge hastily asked what I wanted. Today (March 24,2022 @1316hrs), there's only one guy working. The app said the pizza was ready at 1238hrs but up to now it hasn't been prepared and we have been waiting since 1238hrs. In January I had told myself it was the last time I ate anything from Domino's am cursing myself why I came back today.
