They don’t answer the phone. The site is not helpful to contact anymore either .

This is what happened to me on April 2021. I was late for $460 test because: 1.Google still has the old address 2.Old location has all the Prometric signs from the street and on the building and NO sign saying the location has changed. 3.The new address shows the Samurai Grill & Sushi Bar in google. 4.NO ONE answers the phone. After calling at least 10 times. 5.After finally finding it. they say to me "oh yes someone else was having this issue. We don't know why people can't find this place?" Well.... Very irresponsible, very unprofessional and very unconcerned to test taker's stress and financial difficulty this causes. Try to search the new address or search Prometric on google and you'll see what comes up. I've attached images.

This location does not exist anymore! The Prometric facility has moved to 9500 Montgomery Blvd NE, Suite 121. However the Google Maps listing is still up; the signage still exists at this location. Wildly irresponsible and stress-inducing to fail to explicitly inform former exam-takers that the facility has moved.

Took the GRE here. Even with COVID restrictions, everything was simple and the proctors were very communicative and understanding. I can only imagine that this place has one star because nobody reviews a testing center, so consider this my attempt at a correction. This is a fine place to take a test.
