Called the shop at 9:45pm for a tire repair. The service desk(Jamie) gets my info and tells me to get there. 20 mins later I arrive, and the same woman(Jamie) who took my info now tells me they're not gonna take me in. She had my number and could've called me to informed me. She had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care buy it's surprising TA hires the worst when it comes to service personnel. We will call corporate after this incident.

Very big, has a restaurant attached to the gas station. Very beautiful and clean bathrooms with an attached mothers room for changing diapers or breastfeeding.

Store is very good, put truck in shop for PM service, got a call few hrs later that their grease gun was broken, hour late that it was fixed , got truck back, the mechanic missed Bout 3 grease fittings, never fails

I was an over the road truck driver for a couple of years. About a decade ago. Out of the dozens of truck stops that I spent the night at, this is one of the few that stands out favorably in my memory. Particularly the easy to navigate parking lot, the clean shower, the good meal I had, and the friendly employees. I'm glad to see they are still doing well, based upon the many positive reviews they've received recently. If I'm ever passing near there someday, I'd like to stop by and see the place again.
