I won't give all the boring details, but I needed to stop and give this place a review of service. I was traveling alone with a full car back home when my rental had a flat. I called and was routed to the Pit Stop (also amazing service!!!) and they led me to Will with Enterprise. He brought me a replacement vehicle, traded out my vehicle, and papers were signed in less than 30 minutes! I was amazed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with them. Thank you Will and Pit Stop team!

I can tell you this location has no business being a rental car agency!The manager was Reid and could care less about the customers that have vacation plans or anything else that is of importance to people.I had reservations for several weeks in advance and called the morning we were suppose to leave out and was told they didn’t have any cars at that time my reservations were at 3pm so one of the girls whom was very nice said if we get one in early I will call you.I was perfectly happy with that.Then 3pm came around and no call so we drove over there.The guy who we were told was the manager was disrespectful and said he doesn’t own the place he just works there, when he was ask what was going to be done for us as far as a rental.He said they had none and wasn’t sure when they would and they could call us back( it was almost 4:30pm) and let us know.We are now behind on leaving!To some up this horrible experience it is July 26,2021 and we have never received a call from anybody regarding the way we’re treated.AVIS car rentals in Mesquite came through for us at the last minute and even gave us a nicer vehicle and a lot lower price!Dont waste your time at this location unless you want to chance messing up your plans!

Enterprise rental doesn't even deserve one star rating!! They over charged me for a vehicle which they originally told me the reason being was because it was a 2 day rental but harassed me the following day about it being due back. I called customer service, they agreed the charges were wrong but no one ever followed up with me so when I called them back they tried to justify the charge first because I was late being the vehicle back which I had no reason to break back the next morning I told it was a two day rental and besides I can't charge me ahead of time for something that may or may not occur so then they told me it was because they consider the rental time starting when the reservation is initially set which I've never heard such in my life I will be taking this further will be contacting corporate come next business day and I also I'm going to report this to the better Business bureau. Save yourself some stress and DON'T RENT FROM ENTERPRISE RENTAL they rip you off and do not care about customer service or satisfaction!!

Reserved a minivan on March 20, 2021 to be picked up today (June 12,2021) @11. Arrived about 10 minutes early, only to be informed that the vehicle I reserved could not be rented because it is too new and none of the parts stores carry the oil filter for this model. Ended up having to miss an extra 2 hours of work to drive to another town to pick up an SUV I didn't want. What is the point of reserving a vehicle if they cannot make sure it is available? Utterly ridiculous!

Hello Sherie! As for the cost of the passenger vehicle I cannot say off hand. I enjoy government rates. I can say however, I have used several rental agencies over the years and find Enterprise at the top of the list for the quality of vehicles and customer service. Others that I have recommended this company to tell me that the price point is very good though.
