I was trying to figure out how to get into the store for like twenty minutes out front when the worker came outside and they closed lol. Confusing business model when customers can't even figure out how to get in, completely defeats the point of seamless entry and exit.

Great concept, German Amazon app does not entitle you to enter, but any credit card will do as well. Offer still very manageable, but a good start. Countless cameras on the ceiling that follow everything. You simply leave the store with the goods and everything is automatically debited from your credit card.

The worker at this store unilaterally decided not to open up on time. The sign outside says 7am, however, the worker kept the door shut and refused to open it while stocking items way too late for even an 8am opening (I arrived at 7:53am). Terrible customer service and a shame considering the store is mostly automated. I guess this is what happens when you hire the bottom of the bottom.
