I wish the chalkboard signs in the lobby were also in English. I assume those are the Specials. I came with my son. We were given a hard menu and a paper one. The server kept patting the paper menu and for some reason, I thought it meant we could ONLY order from that. I asked but unfortunately he didn't speak English. I dunno. It was confusing and I left disappointed bc I didn't get to order what I wanted from the hardcover menu. The dim sum was good 👍🏼 The restaurant is a bit intimidating if you don't speak their language. Maybe it's just me though 🤷♀️ Also, I had NO idea how they price their dim sum. I didn't see any prices on the paper menu. We just kind of crossed our fingers and hoped what we ordered wasn't too much money. The entire place inside/outside and parking lot needs renovation. I'll drop another review because I still want this dish from the real menu lol Update 10/20/22 My family has been back 3 more times. The food is SO good here and the quality has been consistent. The servers we had all spoke English which was very helpful. I still prefer that the chalk signs in the entry could also be in English. It's still unclear to me what the prices are for dim sum. I've found 2:30pm on weekdays to have no wait. I changed my Star Rating from 3 to 4 because the food is really what shines here.

Table are distanced during regular hours. During peak times (weekends) customers are told not to sit at seats that are right next other occupied tables. staff wear masks. Unfortunately they don't temperature check customers coming in.
Yes
They were July 4th wkd so most likely continuing that
They have abalone dishes but abalone is always listed as "Market price". That means you have to call them the day you plan to go there for Price & Availability.
Yes, they have but you've to check off on a dim sum card on limited items only for week days.
They serve dim sum on weekend and Chinese Cantonese dishes only.
Their fried rice are really good, they sprinkled it with shredded salted egg on top.
