the staff upfront in the office needs to work on their work ethic, they do not pick up the phone, neither do they respond back nor they inform you about the medical reports or bloodwork reports

Dr.Bassit and and the nurses are great but they don't answer the phone. I can't even schedule an appointment without calling at least 10 - 15 times. Someone either says hold on and puts you on hold and never answers or it just rings until it gets to voicemail and the voicemail box is always full. They always fail to give back test results until you repeatedly call as well.
