This place is awesome!! Small area off of 35 into Waco. Full hookups. Call ahead for availability. Nancy and Joe r extremely nice! No screaming kids! No drugs! Ice on site....2.00 for a small bag.

I have lived here for 4 months. It is a nice clean park with nice people. A lonesome train goes by several times a day. Love that sound.
