I have been trying to contact the office since yesterday 9 Am and I have called more than 10 times including today. No answer. I speak to the emergency operator and they can't deal with the billing issues one of my clients has. She needs surgery next week and there is some issues that must be dealt with before surgery.

probably the most unprofessional receptionist i've ever dealt with in my life. i manage a team of 10 receptionists and i'd fire them on the spot if i heard them talk to a client that way. disgusting.

I don't know if he has any, but even the best Dr's have malpractice suits. 1 thing that I do know, Dr. Alpert is the best orthopedic surgeon in the country, I have had him operate on me a few times. He has kept me from having a knee replacement and saved my bicep!
