Please do not book any reservation with this location!!!!! Rude, demeaning staff whose statements range from impolite to hateful, insulting my accent and making hurtful comments. I have made several requests to cancel an accidentally made reservation, and not only that even in having to cancel my entire trip due to the Yellowstone disaster (which was one of our planned stops) they absolutely refused to work with me in any way. Please take my advice RV campers- stay away!!!!

This is one of the cheapest places near yellowstone and was worth the price. We stayed in a cabin and it was cute and comfortable. The main reason I am writing a review is that I messed up on the reservation date. I called the manager and he did explain the no cancelation policy (bummer but understandable). However, he was very kind and helpful and was able to get us in!

Be ware, this company has a no-cancelation policy. Yes, it is stated on their website, but other hotels with this same policy worked with us. And when we got there another person was asking for a room on ground floor(where we were) but they did not have any available so the person left....point being they could have sold the room had they worked with us to cancel. The shower drained slow so you showered standing in the puddled water. It seems to be a family business, lots of young adults cleaning the rooms. That part was good to see. The room we had was spacious and seemed to be clean. No Oder. For the price worth it, just not customer friendly for cancellation. So I am bringing up my review to a 3.
