They just take your money and help with nothing more! The Doctors and the state are not on the same page ! You end up losing and paying more money then you should before the year is up ! The girls that make recertification phone calls are RUDE and are no help to the patients !

You do your recert thru the state.... you don't need to see the dr again if you already have your card . 45 days before your card expires you should receive a email from MASS DPH with directions and links how to do your recert. Just pay and play basically one you have your card. Check the email you used to certify... or just go to the DPH Medical Marijuana site and follow the steps to recertify. Hope this helps
