I have always been treated well here. I recently had a laceration on my hand that needed stitches. The nurses were awesome despite how busy they were and the doctor did a very neat job closing the laceration. There's barely a scar. Nice people and a clean building.

I am here in the ER in Unicoi County TN and let me tell you this is the most caring and fantastic place.I have been met with nothing but smiles and they have wonderful sense of humor. They really treat you soooooooo great. They are some of the most fantastic people. Please come here even if it takes a little longer to get here believe me it worth it. They're GREAT!!!!!!!

I want to the ER around 8:30 PM. I had already passed one kidney stone and I felt another was coming. I went by ambulance and the paramedics and nurses knew I was in excruciating pain. They put me in a room for 3 hours and barely checked on me. Finally a Dr Who looked about 14 came in, noticed blood in urine my heart rate and blood pressure very high. But she did nothing, I mean nothing. Refused to address my pain, so I left in acute pain. All those staff at Erwin hospital are uncaring, not sympathetic and just plain uncaring hateful people. I would never allow my family or church family to go to this place.
