We come back every 5 years to celebrate our anniversary from the day we met at the bar in this hotel. This was number five 25 years. Fantastic!

Front desk was awfully rude when checking in. There was an issue not willing at all to help resolve. Terrible attitudes. Here for my brother's wedding, I think we have over 8 rooms for our family in total. Lot of money being spent. Our room was filthy and there was no hand soap and the shower filled up daily. The front desk staff couldn't care less. Just disgust. The attitude in this place is absolutely terrible from the front desk to the manager of the bar. Never have I ever been so disgusted. I know our party was easy 20k spent in a weekend. I won't spend another penny at a Marriot ever. Unprofessional. Was charged for somebody else's meal and drinks. Confronted the server she was more than rude. The bar manager then shut down the bar. Telling the drunk crowds of 2 wedding party's it was my fault the bar had been shut down. My mother asked the man his name and he said King Petty. You can disrespect me all you want. The moment the bar manager acted disgustingly towards my mother. That was a wrap. Never would I ever recommend this hotel. I was never reimbursed for anything. Nor did I ask to be. We just wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Typical Marriott setup but service was bad and rooms were dusty. The worst part was the malfunctioning A/C unit in the room. Not a pleasant experience at all. The location is not ideal either, but honestly, I would have been fine with the whole experience had the woman at the breakfast Buffett not been so rude. I will definitely explore other options next time I come to town.

We used this hotel for a room block for a wedding at nearby Overbrook Golf Club and for a post-wedding breakfast the next morning. The check-in/out process went smoothly for guests and they received their welcome bags. The hotel rooms were very clean. We had a minor water drainage problem in the bathroom sink, but it wasn't a big deal. The staff is very friendly and efficient. There was excellent communication for both the room block and the breakfast event. It was convenient to have a large lobby and the restaurant/bar for guests to gather and socialize before and after events. While I did not have time to use the amenities, others did and I heard no complaints. I would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to book another room block or event. Special shout out to Debbie G! She was the best!!!
