Well if you want to start your career in tech this is definitely not the place to be. Poor work environment and definitely have some favoritism to specific people. Why was it all the asian guys worked as testers but someone like me had to do data entry and warehouse picking when i have certifications and experience. Fudge em glad i left when i did.

If you're planning to be come a tech. Don't bother! You'll become a sale's person. What do you need to be aware of. Simply three things the tech manager, lack of training and favoritism. They expect to much, in a short time, and poor work environment, before you know it. They'll pick on you, until they fire you. Stay away from them!!
