The place is nice except it smells like pot/weed or what ever you want to call it. Talked to the very old-young lady at the desk. She even she said she doubts she could smell it. Not a good nose. She said it smelled liked food. Ha. Another older couple was coming into the room next us and smelled it. It was bad. Not a good place for family’s. Avoid. They don’t allow smokers and understand but they aloud weed smokers. That stinks up a whole floor. Won’t stay again and come to Clearfield often to visit family.

Positive: Pool was clean and well maintained. Had eggs and potatoes in addition to the usual pastries, toast, waffles cereal etc. Negative: It was previously a different chain (lower level) and seems not to have brought the actual premises up to grade yet but the staff seems to be trying. Charged for dog (for additional unspecified and in perceivable sanitation measures) opposed to real Cost

I had a great time with my family at this hotel. Amazing and friendly employees. Pool was so clean and warm. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Definitely will be my go to hotel when family visits.

Stopped here on our way to Massachusetts from Minneapolis. The rooms are being updated and are so clean, the staff was really helpful and friendly. We brought a dog and everyone was so sweet to her, and greeted her every time they saw her. I’m not one to like stopping at chain hotels, I usually feel disappointed by the cost and quality, but did not feel this way here! Great quality, great price point, highly recommend a stop here if you’re looking for a quiet and clean spot.
