The reason I gave it low stars because of installers. It's been months since they did the work. Jason's workers did a lousy job on our tile work, so uneven, didn't put enough mortar and grout. They even stepped on it minutes from being installed....thats a no brainer to not do that! They didn't even come back and redo it. Would not recommend them to do tile. Ll Floors needs to look into finding another installer for tile.

I went there looking for flooring for my new house. I did not receive any real help, I had to calculate the price of each box and how many boxes I would need. Finally after I calculated all of this a salesperson offered help. When I asked questions about the wear layer of the vinyl plank flooring we were looking at he was unable to answer my questions. I only recommend getting flooring from here if you do not need any help

We had an amazing experience with Ll Flooring. We wanted a floor that was very hard to get because of the demand. Stephanie and John at the Selma location went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact flooring we wanted. They even ordered our floors from all over the country just to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The installers Jason and Jared were awesome as well. I was amazed at how they handled a project as large as ours and will definitely be going be back. This was my second purchase with them and the consistency is always there from Stephanie and John.
